Your first stop for first-class bicycle service. No job too big or small! The main regions we provide a service to are: CITY OF SOUTH PERTH TOWN OF VICTORIA PARK CITY OF CANNING CITY OF GOSNELLS Please note that due to Bike Clinic being a small-scale but flexible business with prompt service, we only accept cash or EFT payments. The Bike Clinic process is: 1. You call us (on 0430-311-007), e-mail us (info@bikeclinic.com.au) or send us a SMS text message to make an appointment for us to come to you. Please give us details about the bike, as well as your name, address and phone number. We will call you 30 minutes before the appointed time to confirm. 2. At your location, we will examine your bike and give you a quote, as well as an estimate of the time required to fix the bike. This will take 5-20 minutes. 3. We will then take your bike back to the workshop for repairs and/or servicing as requested. We will call you if we find anything else wrong, or if there is any change in the price or time quoted BEFORE doing further work on your bike. 4. Once we have finished our work, we will organise a delivery time with you. We will call you again 30 minutes before delivery to confirm. Please have payment ready at the time of delivery. Our aim is to have servicing and repairs completed within two days of receipt of your bike.
